How It Works

  • A free 15-minute call to get to know a bit about you, what’s bringing you to The Mind Thread, and to introduce myself. It’s also a chance to check we’re the right fit to work together. Alternatively, you can skip the call and complete this client enquiry form to book in the first session directly.

  • This 50-minute session marks the beginning of our coaching journey. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other more meaningfully, begin building a shared understanding, and lay the foundations for the work ahead. It’s a gentle, collaborative introduction to the process, with space for reflection, curiosity, and connection.

  • A supportive series of five 50-minute sessions where we take time to unpack, explore, and reflect on what’s coming up for you. These sessions help you build clarity, insight, and momentum as you work towards meaningful change. Offered at a discounted upfront price.

  • Pay-As-You-Go Sessions

    After completing the initial block, you can continue with individual sessions as needed, offering ongoing support at your own pace, on a pay-as-you-go basis.

My work draws on Psychology, Counselling, and Life Coaching Frameworks. This means sessions are:

  • Warm and non-judgmental

  • Focused on understanding, not fixing

  • Both reflective and practical

  • At a pace that feels safe and manageable for you

You are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you explore what’s going on, ask the right questions, and support you in finding your own answers and direction.

  • At The Mind Thread, life coaching is all about helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and direction. It’s a space to explore what’s holding you back, what really matters to you, and what steps you can take to get to where you want to be - whether that’s in your personal life, relationships, studies, career, or mental wellbeing. It’s practical, supportive, and goal-focused. You bring the topic; together, we explore it with curiosity, structure, and compassion. It’s not about being told what to do - it’s about you finding your own answers, with support every step of the way.

    My approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space, and my coaching style is person-centred and influenced by my experience in counselling. That means I’ll meet you with warmth, empathy, and respect for your unique experiences - always working at your pace and with your goals in mind.

  • Each one-to-one coaching session lasts 50 minutes, giving us enough time to explore what’s important to you without feeling rushed.

  • Following the free 15-minute Discovery Call, our coaching journey begins with an initial Get-to-Know-You Session, which costs £75.

    If you decide to continue, you'll then be invited to begin a block of 5 sessions at a discounted upfront cost of £350 (saving you £25 compared to paying per individual session).

    After completing the 5-session block, you can choose to continue on a pay-as-you-go basis at £75 per session, offering you the flexibility to book sessions as needed.

  • I completely understand that student life can be challenging - socially, academically, and financially. If you’re a student, feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to discuss a tailored payment plan for one-to-one sessions.

  • Payment is accepted via Stripe.

    A block of five coaching sessions can be booked via the ‘Packages’ section on the Appointments page.

  • I have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. This means that if you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee will still be charged.

  • Currently, all of The Mind Thread’s one-to-one life coaching sessions are held online via Zoom. This means you can access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are.

  • Yes, your privacy is really important to me. Everything you share in our sessions is kept confidential, in line with professional ethical standards. The only exception is if I have serious concerns about your safety or someone else’s. If that ever happened, I would explain my concerns to you and discuss the next steps together wherever possible.

  • No, I currently offer one-to-one sessions only.

  • Your privacy is really important to me, and I take care to protect any personal information you share. When you book a session or get in touch, I may collect details like your name, contact information, and anything else you choose to share to help tailor the service to your needs.

    This information is kept securely and is only used to provide the services you’ve requested, such as life coaching sessions or workshop bookings. Your details are stored safely on password-protected systems and are never shared with third parties without your permission.

    You have the right to access, correct, or request the removal of your information at any time. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

  • Yes, The Mind Thread is fully insured with professional indemnity cover.
