Workshops

The Mind Thread workshops make psychology and mental wellbeing engaging and accessible to everyday life.

From understanding mental health, depression and addiction to exploring confidence, self-belief and the patterns that can hold us back, each workshop combines psychological insight with relatable examples, discussion and practical activities.

Workshops are designed to get people thinking, talking and reflecting - leaving with a better understanding of themselves and others, alongside ideas they can take into everyday life.

Available for individuals, workplaces, organisations and community groups, with content and length adaptable to suit different audiences.
