About
Hello, I’m Sarah!
My name is Sarah Law and I’m a life coach with further postgraduate training in Counselling (COSCA) and Psychotherapy, and a Master of Science in Psychology. I’m also a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®). For further information on my Continued Professional Development (CPD) and relevant study areas, please click here.
My own lived experience of depression inspired my interest in Psychology – something that has since grown into a deep passion for supporting others. Read more about my story here.
Why The Mind Thread?
Life can feel complicated. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, struggling with self-doubt, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or simply sensing that something isn't quite right, it can be difficult to know where to turn or what comes next.
My clients are people facing life's challenges who want greater direction, confidence, and fulfilment but aren't sure how to move forward.
That's where I come in. Through coaching, psychological insight, and emotional support, I help people make sense of their experiences, uncover what may be holding them back, and identify practical steps towards meaningful change.
If you're ready to gain perspective, reconnect with what's important to you, and create positive change in your life, let's make it happen together.
The Mind Thread supports individuals across the UK to navigate life transitions, strengthen self-confidence, improve emotional wellbeing, and make choices that align with their values and goals.
With The Mind Thread, clients gain a warm, non-judgmental space to reflect, explore challenges, and build the self-understanding needed to move forward with greater purpose and confidence.
