Sarah Law - Life Coach

Hello, I’m Sarah!

I’m a life coach with further postgraduate training in Counselling (COSCA) and Psychotherapy, and a Master of Science in Psychology. I’m also a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®). For further information on my Continued Professional Development (CPD) and relevant study areas, please click here.

My own lived experience of depression inspired my interest in Psychology – something that has since grown into a deep passion for supporting others. Read more about my story here.

Working with Sarah has been wonderful. She creates a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. I’ve grown so much in confidence, self-awareness, and direction since working with her. I can’t recommend Sarah enough to anyone who’s ready to make real, lasting change in their life.

Working with Sarah has been a transformative experience! One of her standout qualities is her exceptional listening skills. Her ability to listen without judgment has created a safe space for me to explore my goals and challenges. With her guidance, I've not only identified what I truly want to achieve but also developed practical strategies to get there. Every session leaves me feeling motivated and empowered.

Sarah helped me understand how to manage my anxiety, and through this, I also improved my communication with my children. She was always understanding and empathetic, yet gently encouraged me to look inward. That process helped me understand myself on a much deeper level.

Sarah has been such a bright light in my time of need. I have had several sessions with her focusing around my career and emotional turmoil. She operates with warmth, understanding and compassion. I want to thank her for being there beside my side at all times.
